Fudge Brownies
These brownies are for the gooey brownie lovers - they are soft, rich and fudgy.

- ½ cup salted butter, melted
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1 + ⅛ cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Set oven to preheat at 350℉.
Grease your brownie dish .
Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, and sugar.
Add in the vanilla extract and eggs and whisk a minute or two until combined and fluffy.
At this point, you'll want to switch from a whisk to a spatula or spoon. Mix into the egg mixture the remaining ingredients (flour, salt, and cocoa powder) until the mixture is evenly combined - it will be very thick.
Spread the mixture into your baking dish. Bake at 350℉ for 25 minutes. The center should feel set enough that it doesn't jiggle.
ALLOW TO COOK COMPLETELY BEFORE CUTTING!
(Optional - Dust with powdered sugar before serving). Store leftovers in a sealed container.
